After reading the other reviews, it looks like this business and owner have a history of dishonest business practices, where their nickel and dime scamming people is a pretty common thing. My family was in the business and dealt with him for years, they recommended going somewhere else. I didn’t listen, told them what happened and they explained is why They stopped doing business with him years ago.

I would not trust the owner, Mike, on any promises he gives you. Especially right now when he is having this “going out of business” sale. If he says he will do work for you later, don’t believe him or take him on his word. He will refuse you when you come in to collect on it.

We purchased a significantly priced wedding band that needed sizing. Because of COVID we had to wait to come in. When we did. Our free sizing that was promised turned into a $500 sizing. On top of it just to show Mike’s character, he didn’t even have the courage to walk out from behind the glass to tell me he was stealing my money, he forced his wife to do it. I’d say it wasn’t her fault or she isn’t just as dishonest, but after explaining that it was clearly never sized, she went along with him and did nothing. And the employees that all were sitting there listening, did as well.

Now we have an over sized band we can’t use until we find another jeweler to fix what we already paid for. If we find a jeweler that is half as crooked as Mike and MSG Jewlery Family, well be in...

Oh my gosh what can I say about MSG Jewelers, I cannot say enough. I have known about this company since I was a little girl. My father went to this company when I was a baby, before I was a baby. I have only known about this company and am very thankful and grateful. Mike puts his customers first before the dollar. He cares about how his customers are more than he cares about the product. Because truly the customer matters more than the product and profit. I love this business and will continue to go to this business for the rest of my life.

I lost my engagement ring just a few months short of our wedding. That is the last thing that a bride wants to happen to her before her wedding day. Mike was right there by our sides leading us down the right path to getting a new ring. First, he encouraged us to look for the ring, exhaust all avenues with trying to find the ring. After that, we had to file a claim and go for a new engagement ring...still before the wedding. I was so nervous. But even though still no ring as of yet, we have a new ring that is so beautiful, simple and the story behind it means so much. We have a new engagement ring that came in time for the wedding with extra time to spare. We are so appreciative of Mike and the rest of the crew and consider them family. I want to take a minute to thank the staff at MSG Jewelers. If you have ever considered designing a custom ring, these are the people to help you through the process! George was amazing as was everyone at the store. It was easy and affordable; they walk you through each step of the process. My (now) husband made numerous trips to the store to discuss what he had in mind. They were gracious, understanding and patient with all of his questions and concerns, and they were just as patient with me as we designed the wedding band to go with my engagement ring. I now have an amazing engagement ring and wedding band, a new jeweler, and we are happy to call them our friends. I can’t wait to buy my next piece of jewelry! We won’t go anywhere else! Happy...
