Poolscape Unlimited, Inc. — Local services in Lakeside

We called Poolscape Unlimited 5 weeks ago and scheduled a date for an estimate. Mark was the gentleman we were working with. The date for the estimate was set a week out. When the date came, Mark was a no show. Several days went by with no call of apology or to reschedule, not a word. I followed up the next week and was told Mark got busy and couldn’t come and would reschedule. After playing phone tag for a week I was finally able to speak with Mark again. We reschedule the site visit a week out on a Thursday and Mark showed up as agreed. After taking measurements and some small-talk Mark told me we would receive the estimate on Monday. As of writing this review we have never received anything from Mark or Poolscape. I guess we just aren’t important enough to be considered, sad! If things went this bad in the estimating process I can just imagine how bad it would be once they tore-up our pool. Since calling Poolscape we have contacted some other pool remodeling companies who actually showed up and provided us with a quote on the spot. We are sad to write this review, and hope Poolscape will review their front man Mark and make some much needed changes. After all, we assume they are in business to make money, however we are not...

Highly recommend Poolscape Unlimited for pool resurfacing or repairs.

I had a 32 year old pool with cracks in the plaster. I spoke with two other companies before choosing Poolscape Unlimited to do the work based on both the quality of their plan and the attractive price.

Resurfacing a pool is a messy job but they took excellent steps to keep the dust down and did a thorough cleanup each day. They do not subcontract any of the work and their employees are very well trained and "customer service oriented". Everything was completed on schedule and the final result exceeded our expectations. We now have a "brand new pool".

This is a family owned Company who have been in business for decades and are proud of their work and reputation. You will be dealing with the owners of the Company (Jayme or Kirk) when you ask for a consultation or estimate.
