Drip City - Lakeway — Local services in Lakeway

Not my normal vape store but my experience there was so awesome I had to let the world know. I broke the glass on my tank at the lake, and it was a 45 min drive home. I tried to purchase a replacement glass there but they no longer had those in inventory for my tank. The guy there continuously tried to find one that might just fit since it's all Pyrex glass. Failing to do so, and feeling bad for me, he found a starter kit that had a bad mod, and sold me the coil that would fit the tank. Not that the superior wasn't enough, but on top of all that the prices were so reasonable that my jaw almost literally hit the floor. I'm sorry I could only spend the cash I had left in my pocket. Next time I'm in the Lakeway area I'll be sure to come shop in...

Terrible customer service and sold me a faulty product and refused to accept a return or exchange. The person behind the counter was excessively rude and dismissive not willing to listen to anything I said. When I explained the vape came out dead and wouldnt charge he refused to offer a return simply cause I left the store before coming back in. But hey if thats their policy then so be it, its a terrible anti-consumer policy. Dont shop here, they love ripping people off. The five star reviews are done by employees...

If I could give this shop more stars on here I would. Hands down the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, and I'm not just talking about vape shops, I'm talking period. The store is super clean and organized with a great selection. The manager at this store clearly puts in the time and effort with his customers and his store which shows from the second you walk through the door.
