
If I was "tuning" up my car I would be leaving with my oil light on, low on gas, and my truck out of alignment. Decent concept but I think I ended up with the wrong stylist (Hailey). A couple positives to call out. It appears that another stylist (Desiree) was really good and taking her time. And the bartender was very friendly and provided great customer service.
The hair cut is uneven and choppy, theres a ton of long strands in the back that are just hanging there, the part that is supposed to be a fade up to the hard part is sticking straight out and not blended what so ever. There was supposed to be some shampoo and clean up, she left me with hair all over and in my ears. I had to make an appointment elsewhere in town to get this fixed if it's even possible.

The receptionist noted that she did not see my sign in on "her side" but said she would fix it. After waiting almost 30 minutes, I saw people who had arrived after me being served. The same receptionist asked me my name and said she didn't see my sign in. So, after waiting 30 minutes in an almost empty salon I would have to wait longer because customers who had arrived after me were already being helped.    Read moreTurned me away 45 minutes before closing when a "VIP" showed up AFTER me. I even called beforehand to make sure I could get in before I drove an HOUR to get there. Nothing I said made any difference.I have never seen such poor customer service.
Addition from owner response : not only did she NOT ask me for my name to put me on a list when I called and said I was on my way, but she made no effort whatsoever to offer me anything before she kicked me out of the salon. She had plenty of opportunity. And $10 is no consolation.
You have alot of negative reviews on how you handle the VIP program and constantly bumping walkin customers. I suggest you have your receptionist have a little more finesse in handling the already...
