MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN. When we arrived to boat, Captain Matt let me know he had a source for ice, one small little bag of ice was $8/ $32 for 4. His friend "Shaun" came to drop off ice. When we boarded the boat, proof of ID and form of payment were requested by Captain Matt. As soon as it was handed back to me, cards went back into card holder. It was placed on captains seat. I turned to my left to retrieve my phone. When I turned back to my right my wallet was taken from the seat. I was standing in that area by myself. We were still docked loading boat. No one on that boat had been drinking and I am a responsible person. Never have I misplaced important documents such as my identity.

Captain Matt kept reassuring me that it probably fell in that water and sank down. It's a card holder, wouldn't sink. The reason why I am so sure this was a scam is because, 2 men were walking back and fourth, no one in my party. Not Captain Matt or "Shaun". I referenced them to Matt multiple times, he completely disregarded my question as to who they were. It was as if every time I would I ask he would turn the other way.

We lost about 30 mins looking for card holder (that was taken) and while boat was being loaded. Captain Matt said he would give us an other 30 mins to make up time. 45 minutes before 2:30 he let us know we'd be heading back. Calculating the time, he was going to take us back at the same time (our reservation was from 11:30-2:30) Captain Matt did not have to offer anything to begin with, but he took it upon himself to do so so when I questioned him about the time, he got defensive, and I stated that he was getting defensive and immediately started to backpedal. We were trying to make the best out of it as this was my daughter's birthday party since I already sent an attitude and I had my identity stolen. I was just kind of going with the flow, trying to make the best out of my day and I let him know that we could just head out at whatever time as long as we could stop at the restroom which we did. His only concern was to get tipped at the end of the ride. He made it very clear I needed to figure out an alternative form of payment to make sure he got his tip since my identity was stolen along with forms of payment, cash, identification cards.

Ultimately, the identities of the two other men were never confirmed by myself or my party, but please be aware. Don't take the ice. It's probably part of how items get taken within...

Went out on the boat yeah (Easter Sunday) and my friends wallet was stolen. While we were loading up to head out my friend states we needed more ice and the captain informed us he had a guy that could bring us some so we agreed to the $8 per bag and a "Shaun" guy comes over with the ice. In that moment as he's giving the ice another mysterious guy appears next to the boat and the captain asked my friend for her ID, she handed it to him got it back and put it in her card case and sat her card case next to her on the captains seat, she turned to grab her phone to send the rest of the captains tip (cause thats all he cared about) and noticed her card case was gone from where she just sat it. We all start looking around, Shaun and mystery man disappear and the captain starts to say "oh this sort of thing happens all the time, maybe it fell in the water, oh it'll turn up" while still pressing the fact that he needs to be tipped. Every time we mentioned Shaun or the other guy it's like the captain was ignoring it and started to change to topic. Pretty sure this was a scheme they set up because no one saw the third guy before or after the ice ordeal nor did our captain mention or name him or even acknowledge that he was there. 0/10 DO...
