I was profoundly disheartened after making the journey from Quartz Hill, I reached the parking lot at 9:10 PM, which was 20 minutes prior to their closing time, only to be informed that they could not accommodate me. The drive took me 30 minutes, and now I faced another 30 minutes to return home, resulting in a total of one hour wasted. All of this just to be denied entry at the door. As a senior citizen requiring my medication, I contacted the office and spoke with the service desk, informing them that I was in the parking lot and that it was only 9:15 PM at that time. They instructed me to return and offered a 30% discount, but that discount hardly makes up for the hour-long round trip and the cost of my gas. There was a complete absence of compassion; they appeared indifferent to my predicament. When I asked to speak with the manager, they consented, but then abruptly disconnected the call. Finally a great dispensary The budtender Laura e was so awesome she already knew what to get me as I told her what I liked. I told her this how much I have to spend today and I added a coupon and she got me the best products for my order she was very polite and very knowledgeable of all the products in the entire store which was really helpful. Not like tradecraft where the employees don't even know the difference between hybrid sativa or indica. The best thing I liked was that the prices were exact right out the door with taxes included not like other dispensary's where An eigth says it's 40 but wen you pay it's about 60 plus with taxes. Catalyst is my new care givers. You should give this place a chance I recommend it the staff is quick smart and ready to get you in and out. And the prices are unbelievable you can go there with little money and walk out with a lot of goodies....
