Culichi Town — Restaurant in Lancaster

You guys are ready for my review of this place? To be honest I’ve been to the one in Downey which I really love but nothing compares to this new place. I understand they just open back in May which is odd to me that they don’t have good customer service being a brand new place. Hubby and I decided to go eat some dinner at this place here in lancaster since this is where we move to. We got there and the waitress at the front just told us to go in and take a seat. Didn’t even walk with us to show us our table. By the way table wasn’t clean. We waited about 15 minutes for someone to come to our table so we Can order drinks. It’s a Thursday it wasn’t busy. I seen about 3 tables with customers. It took about another 20 minutes for the same girl to come so we can place our order for food. One of the waitress kept walking up and down chitchatting being on her phone. Not paying attention to customers. The other ones were chit chatting at the bar. I didn’t see a manager in sight. We were being inpatient since the food was taking super long. Our food was way hot when we had a Pickup order 2 weeks ago. Don’t get me started on the super loud music. I love the norteńo that was playing but We couldn’t hear what the waiter was saying literally I had to raise my voice. Hubby an I couldn’t talk because we couldn’t hear each other.

Manager or who ever is in charge need to check all the staff and give proper training to all the girls. They are just not organized, no customer service what so ever, they are not working at a faster pace. I know for a fact that the food is great and well worth the price. But ya’ll need to get it together.

I will definitely give them another try in the next months. Hopefully by then staff is in better...

Alright here goes nothing.. look this place is new the food is great the drinks can use more liquor the staff is great as well some waiters just don’t know or don’t care to learn in my opinion this chain of restaurant is awesome 😎 I come here since it opened and service has gotten better. But if as a customer can give the owner some advice is get rid of the staff that are hurting your business. Bad reviews will always be a main stream I know for a fact that restaurants around the area had people post bad reviews in google and in Yelp so if you never been or was planning on going guys don’t believe everything your read online go be the judge yourself and you can’t expect the best of the best it’s a new restaurant it blows my mind to watch our own community bash and bash on a new business. Have you guys in here heard or karma? All of us inspires goals new things why bash it why not encourage it.. sorry to say but Lancaster is full of ghetto people that don’t like to spend a dime these reviews are so well put that I know it’s other owners/ friends from local seafood restaurant. But this place is great the food and music is great I know with time it will get better when they find a better staff give it a try before reading...

We were hesitant to celebrate my sister's birthday here, especially since the incident they had a while back. When we came in there were only 2-3 other tables. Eventually they left and we enjoyed having the restaurant all to ourselves.

The service was fast and the food was great! I love the Culichi Town in Vegas so I don't know why it took me so long to try the one here in Lancaster.

I ordered the Crunch Roll, then later picked at everyone else's orders. I would say the food is 10/10. Portions are huge and they don't hesitate on adding the sauce. I'm a big man and it was hard for me to bite each piece, you could almost use a fork from how big they are. Overall I would come here again.

They have outside seating and a really cute/chill patio. The bar doesn't look that big with options but I think you could make it work.

I would recommend this place if you're looking for something new but you're really hungry. Also they have good deals...
