I read these reviews before heading to a place. More often than not I find the reviews are a little harsh. However this place lived up to expectations. There was only one guard doing inbound and outbound trucks so I was 3rd in line going in and it took over an hour to get checked in. I still got into a door 30 minutes prior to my appointment time as I got there 1.5 hours before my appointment. The guard told me they wouldn’t start me until 5. That actually turned into 5:45 and it felt like they’d put two pallets on and then nothing for 10 minutes. Then at one point I felt nothing for 45 minutes so I guess they went to lunch. From arriving at the gate to leaving the gate was 5 hours which completely screwed up my plans. I just got back into trucking after a 2 year hiatus and this was a reminder of why I left. They won’t let you check in too early cus supposedly their logistics are all perfectly times yet they still take hours to load. Thankfully my dispatcher apologized and said he will never hook this type of place again. I’m with a company who pays me a salary so it doesn’t affect my bottom line fortunately but it’s still infuriating that they don’t respect truck drivers and...

I arrived an hour early for my appointment and was told I had to wait until 15 minutes before to check in. I parked and waited the 45 minutes, then returned to the gate they only had one person checking trucks in and out, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to check in again. I finally got checked in and got into the door at 1520 it is now 1922, and I am still not loaded. Here are the times from arrival to check out Arrival 1405, they refused to check me because I was TOO EARLY you can only check in 15 minutes before appointment time. Well, so far I've been here for 7 hours exactly and they are still not done loading me! I arrived at 3:25p for a 4p appt, was put to a door within 15 minutes, and have been sitting ever since. They never informed me that they don't "pre-pick" their loads and that they have to pick it, palletize it, shrink-wrap it, THEN load it!! Had they forwarned me, I could have at least taken a nap while waiting. But no, they simply told me to dock-n-drop, pull out a foot or so and wait for the light to tilurn green before hooking back up and proceeding accordingly.....YA LEFT OUT A PRETTY BIG PIECE OF INFO...
