Had an issue with a product that was still under manufacturer warranty, however the manufacturer was unable to be contacted. After “the shack” helped me in my futile effort to contact Blaupunkt, they stepped up to the plate, Even though their warranty had expired and they had no responsibility to help me. They serviced my product and charged me ONLY for parts. I could have had a 6 week old, 40 lb paperweight, but the shack came through for a scant $30. Now I have a big beautiful Bluetooth speaker to annoy my neighbors, and a warm sense of well being. Long live...

Wish they was still usceller dealer but can't complain at all about customer service. And good selection of audio on video needs plus TV's and phone repair service they offer and if Lancaster doesn't have it Platteville location should as bigger store but they can also order something you need or just...
