What a great decision! Gary Whittaker was our salesman and he was super nice and honest! We test drove the car with him and he went over all the features including a few I didn’t know about!!! When it was time to pick up my car, Gary helped us set up our phones and went over the little things. My in-laws drove us up to the dealership and they also were treated amazing! While my husband and I were working on the financing, Gary showed them how to use some of the features on their F150 they didn’t know they had!!! He set up and explained everything to them! They did not buy their truck from them!
We were so amazed by the service and the kindness that we will be buying our next vehicle from them. A Ford Bronco to be exact. If you hate car shopping I would highly recommend Les Mack! Even if you don’t hate car shopping I would still recommend them! Was worth every minute...

I came from a Ford dealer whom I've had long standing relationship with and knew finding another dealership with the customer service I'm use to would be unlikely. They set the bar high!
But I'm excited to say Les Mack Service dept did exactly what I needed. They worked with me with my crazy work schedule and even we're able to get me in the very next day when I called!
I'm not sure he knew how to take my explanation of my prior experiences with the larger dealership closer to Boscobel for me that not only LOST my car when they had it for an oil change but returned it with black grease marks and when I tried a 2nd and 3rd service visit with them they denied prior information and talked down to me like I was a child.
I am thankful for the experience at Les Mack and it was worth the extra time to drive the extra distance to a dealership that still provides true customer service! And I look forward to working...
