We have used Wyoming custom meats to process a beef every year for the last five years. This year we had a cow process there and they let it hang for 17 days which it should of been hung for no more then 12 days. We got it back and the hole cow was Rotten with mold on it. Talk to the rancher and they gave us their cow that was processed at the same time. This cow is the same. My wife opened a sirloin steak and it had white hair in it and the cow was supposed to be a black angus from one of our local ranchers and it had butcher string in it as well. I gave them one star because that’s the lowest it will go. I will be contacting the FDA in the morning and the BBB as well. I don’t know what happened but I will never use them again. Read moreThey are way overpriced and call customers before they have their invoices ready and when you show up to pick your beef up they won’t let you take it because they don’t have a clue as to what they are charging you. Maybe not call the customer until you have all of your ducks in a row. Might also reconsider your butchering fees you are going to loose a lot of business taking advantage of people like this especially in a small community.This was a last minute mistake and will never go there again, luckily we have wonderful fair priced meat processors close to home. 1 star because you...
