On the day of the wedding, Dorothy and her husband took care of everything. They came, set it all up perfectly, and made sure every detail was just right. Porvaznik's created BEAUTIFUL flower arrangements for our intimate COVID wedding. We threw a last minute altar decoration at Megan and she created such a beautiful decoration for our arch. Megan covered all of our needs and was completely on top of everything. Our wedding party changed between placing our order and our wedding day and I completely forgot to update the flowers to reflect that. Day of, we realized we were a boutonniere short and she whipped up something on the spot, day of, so that no one would go without flowers - no extra charge. She showed up to a private home and set up without requiring any of our small party there to help direct her where to go which was such a relief for planning and wedding day coordination. The flowers were STUNNING and the day was perfect thanks to Megan's careful care and amazing customer service. I would like to start this review by saying THANK YOU to Porvaznik's for doing the right thing. A Poinsettia was delivered to my home some time on 12/20 but I never knew about it until the evening of 12/21 when it was discovered on my front porch frostbitten, wilted and basically dead. The delivery person never called prior to delivery or after. I called to express my disappointment and also e-mailed and sent a private message on social media. On the morning of 12/22 I received a call that they would replace the pointsettia, but because I really don't like pointsettias I asked if they could refund the seller.
