I purchased a living room and dining set from Haydel’s over 10 years ago and was happy with the service and quality of my furniture. I also furnished my previous apartment complex with kitchen appliances from Haydel’s for all 4 of the apartment kitchens. When my house was destroyed in Hurricane Ida, I needed to replace everything in my home. I returned to Haydel’s and purchased a new living room set and king bedroom set. Again I was as completely satisfied with the service and the quality of my furniture. Last week I returned to Haydel’s once again to buy a new sofa set and side tables for my sunroom. I went to Haydel's because of competitive pricing but primarily because of their extraordinary customer service and personal customer care. The fridge had problems from the start and Michael Haydel, family and staff worked to correct those and enforce the warranty. My trust in Haydel's was well-placed and today I have a new fridge. It was delivered by polite, well-spoken and professional staffers who showed care and consideration for me, my property and household and neighbors. The ABSOLUTE top of the line customer service experience that I have had since visiting here in Laplace. Both of the gentlemen were professional, funny and easy to do business with.
