P. Lloyd Hildebrand, MD, FACS — Local services in Las Vegas

This is a review of the office, not of the Dr. since I never was actually able to get in to see the Dr. I was referred to New Eyes from another Dr. regarding a growth on one of my tear ducts. The initial appointment was over a month to get in, but I felt that even though my condition was getting worse that this was a recommendation and while my upper tear duct is now affected as well, that I should wait. I received a call today stating that their computers were down so they could not see patients...never knew how important a computer was for a physician, but apparently they can't function without the internet...I was told they would not be able to get me in for another month. When I explained to the woman on the phone that this was unacceptable, she said she could get me in much sooner to a different office (I was scheduled for the Henderson office) I asked how much sooner...her response was roughly 3 days earlier than the first...basically 3 weeks and a few days as opposed to 4 weeks. Completely unprofessional...I will find...

Nice staff, Dr Hildebrandt is kind and easy to talk to. But I’m not happy with the results. Lower eyelids roll out slightly and Dr. Hildebrandt left a fat pad below the lower right eyelid that bugles noticeably. Upper lids both have fat pads that bulge at the inside area of both eyelid's. Excessive skin was left on the upper left lid which Dr. Hildebrandt attempted to repair at no additional cost. Even after the second attempt, the left lid still hangs over noticeably. Had a bad experience at a different opthamologist in town, so it was great to have a good one finally. Dr. Hildebrand was nice, funny and knowledgeable. He listened to me and instantly knew what the potential problems could be in minutes, when others Doctors I saw were dumbfounded.His office was beautiful and the staff was very polite, kind and competent. I came all the way from St.George to see Dr. Hildebrand and would gladly...
