Nancy answered the phone with a dull undertone and was very dry and yelled at me for asking one question...which was if we needed an appointment before coming in. She continues to not at all answer the question but says it in a way that’s confusing and misleading. She says today we have appointments? It’s either yes ma’am we are completely booked for today but we can schedule you for another day or no we don’t accept walk ins so what day will work for you other than today that we can do for you? She continued to yell I called her rude and hung up, I’m expecting my first child and would be paying for this service to see my baby for the first time...working in retail, the customer is always right. I did not think for once calling in would be such a rude experience. Nancy then proceeded to call back my phone I was already furious and my husband took the phone and answered and she said verbatim to him “What is wrong with her”????? I’m PREGNANT nothing is wrong with me but just needing people to be empathetic and sincere in at least answering the phones. If my boss heard how she yelled at me over the phone, that would be my job. Period. So being that I was referred by my physician to check this place out for our first ultrasound, that’s a no go for us and will be taking our business elsewhere. Be more people friendly Nancy or the reputation of this office is really doomed. You could tell just the demeanor over the phone she didn’t want to be answering phones or whatever her problem is. You’re working with clientele that need all the patience in the world, treat others the way you want to be treated moral...

I had an appointment yesterday for 4:10pm. Since they had a deal I drove 40 minutes with traffic just to get my ultrasound done here. I arrived on time. I sat and waited I was told to sign in. about 15 minutes goes by and I still wasn’t brought to the back. I rushed to get there so I was just going to use my card since I didn’t get change. Since it took her long to take me to the back I told her I’ll just go get change so I won’t get charged the 3% she said okay. Due to traffic at that hour it took me a little more time then expected to get back. Once I got back she told me she could no longer take me. At that point I was upset I’m 28 weeks pregnant and I just drove 40 minutes on top of not being seen on time. She told me I could come back. I called and spoke with the owner and she said she would do the ultrasound for $25 but the annoying part was I had to come back at 7:30pm it was only 5pm and I didn’t live close at all. I agreed and just found a way to kill time. I came back at 7:30pm gave her $30 just for a tip as well. The girl that worked there was extremely nice and professional but for the price I really thought I'd get some nice shots of my baby. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the pics, and all the pics shown on the site looked really nice. I'm just sad cause I was really looking forward to some good quality photos of my baby because this Is Me and my fiance first child together and last so we really really wanted some good shots.. and at 34 weeks i thought they would come out great but the lady gave us pics that is blurry and some you can't even tell what it was of. Just after reading the wonderful reviews I thought I was gonna go home super happy but I was just sad for the rest of the night. Me And my fiance aren't rich so I have to be satisfied with what we got but just wanted to make it be know with the quality of products..hopefully the lady was having a off day.
