Holly took excellent care of my crew. She patiently waited while I tried on gowns and my crew shared comments. I really appreciate that she gave me a moment to decide how I felt before offering suggestions or having me go to the mirrors. Holly made me feel like I had lots of time and little pressure. I had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Marien Mae. Shout out to Macy, who was so welcoming from the first moment my family and I stepped through the front door. Macy was an absolute joy to work with. This was my first time wedding dress shopping, and Macy took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel super comfortable the entire time. Wedding planning can be super stressful at times, but I can honestly say that shopping for my wedding dress was a fun, enjoyable experience, thanks to Macy. I cannot say enough about Marien Mae's customer service. Due to a unexpected shipping delay out of Marien Mae's control it looked like my dress may not make it before we had to leave for my daughter's destination wedding. They treated the situation with honesty and did everything in their power to keep my stress minimal. They made me feel confident that they would do everything in their power to make the situation right and kept me updated throughout. I am happy to report my original dress arrived and the back up dress they held on reserve for me was not necessary!
