If I could give this warehouse a 0, I would. I don't know what is happening here, but my first parcel was taken out of the box, was lost, then found, damaged, wrapped in plastic and delivered through ABF Freight. I refused the delivery after taking photos. Now my replacement was received in their warehouse. Then lost again, took them a week and a half to locate my parcel, scheduled my delivery, canceled it because my parcel is too heavy for their trucks. And now my item has just been sitting there, collecting dust and not getting ABF Freight to pick it up so they can deliver it. Wayfair has no idea why my parcel is getting scanned daily at this location, but not delivered. I believe items are getting stole at this location by their employees and it's getting covered up. How does a parcel over 400lbs go missing and according to their supervisors they are not suppose to open the packaging because the manufacturers package it a certain way to protect the item from getting damaged. Read moreI ordered the Wilson 8’ X 8‘ Outdoor Steel Frame Hardtop Patio Gazebo with Single Roof and Privacy Curtains from Wayfair. This item was missing parts at just Step 2 of the assembly guide. I contacted the manufacturer, Modern Shade, and they said they would escalate my request for missing parts, and I would hear from them in 24-48 hours. Modern Shade never contacted me, even after I sent them an email to follow up after my initial call. Who knows how many additional parts were missing since I had to stop at Step 2. Wayfair ensured me that they would send me the missing parts, but they were never sent. Since Modern Shade and Wayfair refused to provide the missing parts, the gazebo was returned. I have tried multiple times on Wayfair to post my experience regarding this gazebo to alert future customers; however, Wayfair is refusing to share my review so the gazebo is showing a 5 Star review when it would most likely be a 3 to 3.5 Star review. If Wayfair is withholding a truthful review on this item, I can only imagine how many reviews they are suppressing to boost sales at the expense of unsuspecting customers. Buyer beware...
Read moreDon’t make the mistake we made and order anything from wayfair. Ordered a sectional and our order has been delayed and now delivery cancelled. Got rid of our other couches because we were told our new sectional would be getting delivered only to find out they cancelled our delivery the morning of. Called the 800 number and spoke to a woman named Rachel and then her Supervisor named Ashley neither did anything to help us rectify this situation. We were told that our couch wouldn’t fit on their truck with other orders. So basically we’re not a priority and they decided they’d rather take smaller packages because they don’t want to do any work.
