GoSilver — Local services in Tracy

Just got back from the most incredible family getaway and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience with GoSilver!

My family rented the 20’ Flying Cloud Airstream and our friends rented the 19' International Airstream….we were also joined by a third family who already owned an Airstream.

We took them up Highway 1 to Gerstle Campground in Salt Point State Park…just north of Jenner, CA.

The owners of GoSilver (Brian and Elaine) were so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They helped us decide which Airstream to rent and were super communicative throughout the process providing all sorts of tips leading up to our trip. Brian even researched the campground were going to in order to help us understand if we would need to “dry camp.”

Considering this was our first time renting an Airstream (or towing anything for that matter)…I really appreciated how patient Brian was in answering ALL my questions and taking lots of time with us during the orientation.

I was also blown away by how thoughtfully equipped the Airstream came. I had assumed we would just rent the vehicle and we would need to supply everything else…but GoSilver had everything we needed such as linens, towels, pots/pans, chairs, BBQ, tools, etc.…they even asked us our preference of coffee maker and stocked that as well. There was plenty of other tech (i.e., TV, DVD player, etc.) that we didn’t end up using during our attempt to go off the grid…but it was there if we wanted to.

My family of four (two adults and two small children ages 7 months and 3 years old) fit perfectly in our 20’ rig…but it could easily accommodate four grown adults.

I can’t say enough great things about our Airstream adventure and specifically our interaction with GoSilver. I’ve considered purchasing an Airstream, however after renting one I could see the benefits of continuing to rent (i.e., not having to clean, maintain, etc.).

This was our fourth consecutive year renting an Airstream from Elite RV. And this year we also had our friends join us. They rented a separate Airstream through Elite RV as well. As has been the case each year, the whole experience was excellent. Like the previous owners, Elite RV's new owners, Brian (and his wife Elaine), was very quick to respond and the level of communication was exceptional. The rental process is very straight forward and simple. We actually paid an additional fee to have the Airstream towed to our campsite. It's a very reasonable fee and it makes it so much easier for us, so we're so happy that option is available. As for the Airstream itself---it already comes with bedding, towels, plates, pans, cutlery, wine glasses, a coffee maker, etc. etc.... essentially "the works". There's even plastic wrap and tin foil. You really don't need to bring anything but your clothes and food. The Airstream was as clean and as spotless as the first year we rented it (We keep renting the same one because we like the layout for our family). I believe all of their RVs are less than 5 years old. Our friends couldn't believe how nice it was. They've heard stories about renting RVs through other companies and were skeptical. They were so pleased with their experience, they reserved an Airstream with us again, for next summer. I can't say enough good things about this company. If you don't camp enough where it would make sense to purchase a new Airstream, renting one through Elite RV is a perfect solution. Truth be told...I am writing this review for two reasons. First, I certainly think Elite RV deserves a great review. Second, which is a more selfish reason, is that we want to see them continue to be successful....so we can continue renting with them for...

Had a friend visit with his family for the weekend and thought it would be so much better to be together rather than having them stay at a hotel. Did a quick search and found gosilver (if you're going to get an RV, do it right with an air steam). The website was super informative and after having a long discussion on the phone discussing sizes and logistics with Brian, (he and his wife are the owners) that sealed the deal for me. Bonus, there's an option to have the air steam delivered and stocked with food and camping gear- score! The whole experience was turn key (which I wanted) and service was top notch. Love family businesses that actually care about delivering...
