Post sale support is truly something lacking, bought a whole new bedroom set with adjustable base and new recliner and a couch only to have the adjustable base snap in half when my 6-7 month pregnant wife sat down on it one night. We called the store about it since we hadnât had it for maybe 2-3 weeks at that point and they wouldnât take it back all we wanted was a refund but apparently because itâs an adjustable base for a California king size mattress they wouldnât give us a refund. A few weeks go by and we get a call from someone claiming to be the regional manager and that he would come look at it and see what he could and we havenât heard anything back and nobody has been around to look at it or anything. A monumental waste of $1,000 for an adjustable base that they wonât take back or do anything with. Avoid this place in my opinion. All this happened back at the start of the year and here it is toward the end of July with nothing being done or communicated to us. 4/13/25 Update: Still havenât heard anything from anybody about what they are going to do about the adjustable base thatâs been sitting in my yard rotting this whole time. If this is how they treat customers in the long term then avoid this place at all costs.    Read moreI was told I would be called about 45 minutes before the delivery would take place. I explained that my phone would go straight to voicemail because I work nights. I told the salesperson to leave me a message on my voicemail and I would call them back in order to give proper instructions to my house. I got a pre-programmed text message that my delivery would arrive in approximately 45 minutes. In that time I got a phone call saying they could not find my house. I gave the directions and finally got them here. Mind you they were only 5 minutes late so thatâs acceptable. While trying to get the products inside my house the driver hit his hand on my door jam and let out a string of profanity that I donât care to hear. Very unprofessional. The buying experience was great. Dalton is very knowledgeable about the products and is an excellent asset to this company. I love the product and so far I am very satisfied with it. Was talked to like a dog or worse and treated terribly instead of trying to resolve the issue with delivery I was told to either come get the table myself because a U-Haul only cost $20 or come get my money back. When I asked if I get it myself can I get something back from my $129 delivery fee, the guy told me no because my sectional and table was on 2 different tickets but I purchased them the same day. I will NEVER purchase anything else from them or recommend any else to because they are rude, disrespectful and ver unprofessional. I went and got my mom back for the dining table and went straight to Blackwell Furniture, where I should have went in the first place. Their delivery fee is only $25 and he sold me a better new table without the chairs because I already had purchased new chairs.
