Everything is great until the papers are signed; great inventory, prices, and professional staff. Once you sign, you are priority zero. There is no communication and absolutely zero QA/QC of subcontractors. Delivery of my trailer resulted in a fight between contractors, one of them being left by the others on my property, holes in my vinyl siding, two huge piles of garbage left, half the job incomplete, and when I complained about it, it took almost three months to remedy. I still donāt have light fixtures and if it werenāt for a worker from the manufacturer, I still wouldnāt be able to lock my doors or have beams in my living room. (Literally went around Regional to get the parts). Another Example, when a customer sends the same email (perk test results) three times and you call and ask if he ever had a perk test done the next week, then you are overworked, disorganized, or both. This is one example of the catastrophe that has been my home purchase. Getting what you pay for is the exception here, not the rule. If I didnāt have a construction background, I would have been screwed with the subpar work performed my these subcontractors and home office staff. I still have issues and do not even get a response when I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will delete this if I can finally get a response. I am on year 3 of calls and emails to get my mobile home FINISHED. I have multiple items that have not been taken care of from initial delivery. Evan is aware and promised to fix, even if Regional had to buy the parts from a parts store. Not having end soffits or replaced cracked island top, blown led downlight transformers etc was blamed on Champion (the manufacturer) who also isnt being responsive to me or Regional. It is borderline impossible to get in touch with main office, so this and Better Business Bureau is my only option without getting a lawyer. I would much rather my issues just be taken care of. I could pay for it, but feel I already did when I purchased the home. Every time I see Facebook posts and TikToks of sales team doing the spill...I am reminded, but I do not comment. Still trying my best to have faith. Like I said...take care of it...and I would be thrilled to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm a first time home owner, and at first my experience with Regional was phenomenal. I had a great salesman, and the staff was very friendly. I had several questions along the way considering I've never done this before and. I had a few issues within the first three months, no fault of theirs, and it was fixed almost immediately. Now that I'm almost a year in, NO ONE responds to my messages. So their communication just plain sucks. My pad is washing away under the back of my home (TOP priority), I'm still waiting to receive a set of front door steps, and I have a window that will not stay up when I open it. I've pretty much given up on any help from them, and they seem to pick and choose which messages to respond to which is incredibly frustrating. If and when the time comes to purchase another home from Regional, I hope I remember this experience so that I don't make the same...
