Michael was amazing to work with! I have worked with him in the past on transferring all of my data off of a crashed computer. This was a very easy process for him. He is very efficient when he does his job. I recently needed his help on a security system install and her was great to work with once again! He showed me so much on how to use my new system and made it an effortless process for me. I now have my business fully secured and am able to protect my storage unit customer with this new system. He is very knowledgable and explains things so I am able to understand which is appreciated. I will continue to work with Michael in the future as needed. I have spent the last hour or so bawling my eyes out... but only happy tears! This past Saturday I was trying to transfer files from our 22 year old laptop when my worst fear happened... it crashed and crashed hard!!! Thousands of picture memories wiped away in only a moment.
