Am now discussing the way to use the item with the representative. The man that was here was very nice and informed .. My mom who is 90 has a tendency to ask a lot of questions and want to discuss things for clarification. It takes her longer to grasp mechanical things and she has to have time for that. She lives alone I'm just down the street.. he seemed to be in a hurry and ready to go quickly.. in your business you deal with older customers like my mom. It would be a good idea to spend an extra 15 minutes for the customer to develope trust... If my mother is rushed she could likely change to another.
The equipment was delivered to her hospital room ... She is 90 I'm 68... I have a bad knee from trauma surgery... We can not lift these items to put them in the car. I'm not sure if they will fit in the car... And if it does I can't lift it out to bring it in the home... In the case of someone 90 and 68... It makes better sense to bring it in the home and set it up. The hospital will load it... I guess I'll have to hire someone to get it in the house. It's just one more problem on top of all the other problems we have faced the last few days. If I can find a company that will do what is needed... It might be a better to change companies. The equipment looks great it's new but we have to get it in the car. Then the home. My mother said the his appearance of the gentleman could have been more professional and less like loungewear.. casual dress...

Victoria allowed me, a patient to "fall through the cracks" for 2 months. They blamed the doctor's office.... repeatedly.
Now, I have changed insurance companies and it is a self-pay situation where I am going to be reaponsible for the payment of the device. They say they need office notes because the insurance company (who I am no longer with) requires a letter of medical benefit. Insurance companies only require this IF they are paying for it.
Victoria's boss, Martha called me and she was worse than Victoria. She wanted to tell me what their insurance policies are... again... I am SELF-PAY! She would ask me questions or make statements thats required a dialog yet when I would try to answer she spoke over me or told me that I was wrong... although my former insurance told me today that they would have paid 100% had the order claim would have been processed in November or December.
In November I was told I was all set anf they would contact me in December... I have called every week, once or twice since November. No one returns calls.
They do not listen to their paitents... they treat them rudely... and have zero compassion for someone replacing a machine that could have...

This bunch of AeroCare Employees in Lavonia, Georgia. Are good lairs and very unprofessional and I'd advise anyone that needs supplies to go somewhere other then this place in Lavonia, Georgia.
