I arrived at 1:34 pm for my 2pm appointment. The 2 older men(security) who checked me in instructed fore to go to the staging area and wait to be called. 5:30pm(shift change) I decided to go back up to the gate because I needed to know what was going on. The young man on duty contacted the warehouse and asked if there was a dock door available. He told me that he was never told that I was waiting. Then he sent me in the right direction. The older gentleman that was the yard jockey was a great help to me as well. I finally got to a dock door around 7:40pm only to be told by 2 ladies on forklifts that they'll find someone and it's not their area. I waited untill I seen another gentleman (Pope)on the forklift pull up. He then proceeded to actually HELP me get unloaded even though it was not his area. He went to grab another young man to help me get unloaded. Let's just say it's 11:41 pm and I'm about to check to see if they're finished. 11:53pm and I'm finally leaving. If you come here. You will be here for 10 hours! I've been here twice now. The first time was 8.5 hours to load. They told me the " system " went down, so I let it ride. Now, this time, I dropped the trailer at 1:45pm for a 2:00 appt. It's now midnight, and I'm still waiting on 2 pallets to be loaded! The girls in the shipping office could care less as they say, " You're dealing with a system," and that's why it takes so long to load. The system must be horrible, and they should think about a better way of doing things. Yes, they have " overnight " parking because you are going to be here " overnight " to get loaded. When you come to ask after waiting all day, the only solution they have for is, they can unload the trailer. I'm going to miss my appointment at Sam's because they took all day to load. You think they'd want to get the product to the end customer.

Although you don't see too many reviews the ones you see are true. I have been to this company twice and horrible experience both times. These people are always behind and have no space in the warehouse. Today my truck has been there for 24hrs and is not unloaded yet. This company managed to unload 3 trucks in 24 hrs. I know seven other trucks are there with me so if you see this, please write your opinion as well. Lets all do that so other people can see this situation is happening all the time. We are transportation companies to take the product from location A to location B not their storage. Companies like these need to get their own trucks that can maneuver around the way they want. We are not their slaves to sit on their site as they want. I want to see a response back from the owner and see what his opinion on this is.
