My first and last time here.Checked in 11 am ,it's 6 pm still waiting for a door.I called and asked stating that I've been here for 7 hours and the answer that I've got was:Well I've been here today longer than that!That was the answer,after seven hours waiting for a door,no bathroom no food no shower.It was supposed to be my day off,this week,doing laundry cutting hair etc..sleeping..since I've been driving since 2 am this morning.Very disrespectful hopefully I get some extra money,but never again here.Maybe your experience will be different but mine ,at this time sucks.How long it takes for a truck to get empty?Should be 30 minutes max!This is one of those places ..that don't really understand that we are humans to and even if it doesn't look like,we have a life outside...

What a disgrace. Went to guard shack to see if maybe they got my cell wrong. Nope everything is good. Just a terrible place to deliver.

Also, per rate con “CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY DETENTION”

Please avoid delivering a load here if you can.

It’s a hit and miss here looks like. Based on other reviews looks like about 10% or less of drivers get lucky here.

Yup, all the bad reviews are true. Had a delivery appointment 1/25/24 , 8am, they rejected the load for lack of storage for empty cans. There's no shipping/receiving office, no one to talk to, everything is done via emails by brokers and their receiving department. Luckily, I did not leave the property, stayed there, and around 9pm on the same day, they made room and got me into a dock to unload me. 15 hours later I got unloaded, but only because I stayed there....there were no updates or info coming from the brokerage side. Avoid at any cost, and if you can't....good...
