I must say that the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding from the AT&T in Lawrence! From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive staff members who were eager to assist me.

Rique was incredibly knowledgeable about the latest phone models, plans, and accessories. He patiently listened to my needs and preferences, asking all the right questions to ensure he could provide me with the best options available.

What impressed me the most was his willingness to go above and beyond to help me make an informed decision. Rique took the time to explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various phones, making sure I understood everything clearly. He even provided useful recommendations based on my budget and requirements.

Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly patient. I had numerous questions, and he answered each one with a friendly and professional attitude. He never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a quick decision. His genuine interest in helping me find the perfect phone was evident throughout the entire process.

The customer service was not limited to just Rique. Patrice was equally exceptional. When I encountered a minor issue with my new phone after purchasing it, she promptly addressed the problem and resolved it to my complete satisfaction.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jason from AT&T for the outstanding service he provided when my daughter and I were purchasing new phones.

He took the time to understand our needs and answered all our questions thoroughly. His knowledge about the different phone options and plans was impressive, and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Jason was patient and never rushed us, which we really appreciated!

Thanks to the AWESOME duo of Adam & Mike, I made he BEST decision I've made in a long time! After decades of being a "V" loyalist and being treated like a faceless drone by the big V on every level, I discovered that A&T is a FANTASTIC company! And thanks to the ridiculously smart and super friendly Adam & Mike I feel like I'm "back home" with "Ma' Bell" A&T execs need to witness Adam & Mike in action! and CLONE THEM! No matter how many customers were in the store they somehow manage to serve everyone simultaneously! Adam & Mike are like a pro tennis pair, able to jump in and out of each others customers issues with assistance to each other and different ideas, and are so creative in how to "make it happen" even when the national "systems" aren't cooperating! They should let Adam & Mike redesign the entire National system because the are WIZARDS! They are SO HUMAN! SO REAL! and oh so FUN to deal with!
