Ambassador Banquet Hall — Attraction in Trenton

I have been to Ambassador Banquet Hall a number of times for repasts after funerals. Several of my relatives have used this hall when nothing was available at their church to suit their needs or the large number of guests they were expecting. I have never been the one planning the events, but I have some pretty picky cousins who were planning and paying for the events there . They seemed quite happy with every thing and as a guest everything seemed great to me.. The room is always set up very nicely. My big experience with Ambassador Banquet Hall was a couple of weeks ago at the repast for my cousin’s son. I have never been to a repast that big . He was young and there were literally hundreds of younger people there from his job, from the building, he lived in and from his high school days . I don’t know if the hall had anything to do with it, but the decorations and set up in the hall were amazing. There were huge blowup footballs and Eagle football paraphernalia and even nearly double life-size cardboard, cutouts of her son. The hall was big enough to accommodate a DJ, all the decorations and a huge number of people with room to walk around freely. The food was so good with endless but I assume they were able to bring in food from a caterer. The set up for serving was great. This is a place I was not familiar with until a few years ago . I would recommend it for your larger events although I can’t speak to whether or not, they also accommodate smaller events as well. To my knowledge, the Ambassador is the only reasonable and accommodating hall of this size in the general area. I’m not completely sure of that but I know it is the hall of choice for many people in the area.

PS. I had never had any concern with parking until this super large event a couple weeks ago. So I would ask about how many parking spaces they have to make sure your guests will be accommodated. And I don’t think most people would have an event this large. But even at that mega repast the other week they expanded the parking spaces. allowing us to park alongside the buildings and in a few other areas that would usually not be considered parking spaces. I just had my wedding at this venue and they did a phenomenal job. The space is beautiful, the food was incredible, the lighting, the owner..everything was perfect. The cocktail hour food was beautifully decorated, they have a mix of Polish, American, Italian everything you could think of to pick off the menu for dinner, all 7 of our choices were amazing. We had so much food, all served family style which our guest loved. Overall this venue is amazing, affordable, they offer late night hours and almost double the time of any other wedding venue in NJ. do NOT book here. Jody is EXTREMELY unprofessional and has terrible customer service and business skills. She thinks every conversation is an argument and claims you have an attitude when you’re in opposition to her. She goes back on WRITTEN and VERBAL contracts and can NOT be trusted.
