Horrible service. Fiancée came in November to get the flower girls’ dresses to get them in time for March. They chose the styles and picked the ones they liked and they asked if it would for sure be ready by March. The lady there said yes. They placed the order and kept trying to call to receive any updates. They never answer their phone. NEVER. it was getting to the point where we were worried it wasn’t the right phone number. Finally we go in because it’s less then a week before the wedding and they bring us two dresses that were nothing like the ones we ordered. And they said they thought the wedding was in June. Not once did they ask to confirm or make sure. Absolutely unacceptable. Now we’re here a few days before the wedding with no dresses for the flower girls. The only thing they did a good job for was for trying to ruin our wedding, so unless that’s what you’re looking for, NEVER even go near this...

I had bought my wedding dress from this lovely woman before COVID and despite all of that commotion, she was simply wonderful. She kept the dress for me at her home, she was more than willing to alter the dress multiple times, and she treated me like a family member. I can't recommend her enough. Looking at my dress, you'd never believe that not only was it $1200, but I paid half because it was National Bridal Dress Summer [or something, it was a promotional thing boutiques were doing]. Erica gave some awesome customer service. My daughter and I was shopping for prom dresses, first we went in October 2018. Then we returned to the shop in March 2019 and found the dress. From the beginning she was patients with my daughter as she my daughter may have tried on 5 dresses looked through two books. She assured the dress would be ready when needed.
