My son went here for therapy and things were great in the beginning. Recently, the therapist felt like a more intense program was needed and they referred us to an intensive outpatient program at High Focus. After a couple weeks there, the program wasn't making any difference, but more importantly we had a medical concern that we were not able to come to an agreement on how to address. We pulled my son after 2 weeks and figured we would return to LifeBack where we felt they would guide us toward our next steps in this journey. Instead, they said they couldn't provide us any care and wished us well. The problem is, we needed help with medication management and finding a replacement therapy option. We had no idea my son would be left without these critical resources. This is unprofessional, unethical and dangerous. It is no wonder there is a mental health crisis when the providers can so easily just dismiss patients without a proper handoff...

From the ease of making appointments, friendly staff at the front desk, easy, stress-free billing to the Dr.’s(Meinke) to the therapists(Melissa and Adam) they will definitely help you get your “Lifeback.” My family had bounced around trying to find the right therapist and fit for our family. i find this place highly unprofessional as there is no confidentiality between the front desk, therapists, or anybody that can call claiming they know me. they just share information when i dont want them to, but when it comes to information that actually needs to get around, they cant get that done right either! their scheduling process is extremely messy, i’ve often had to be rescheduled because they scheduled someone else on top of my appointment or vice versa. there have also been many miscommunications with prescription dosages and insurance information. the individuals themselves are very kind & helpful, but my experience here as a whole has seen many hiccups and mistakes in...
