Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Lawrence Township

Didn't have the a.c. s that they had in their bargain sheet . Came for 2 . Then tried to get help twice from the same worker absolutely ignored. Then checking out there were 2 boys that came in and were looking at a fishing rod in the front a manger yelled over to the cashier that those weren't for sale so the cashier said those aren't for sale there broken and will be thrown away . The boys tried to then ask the cashier a question and completely ignored to the point I had to say something. For the cashier to answer them .My heart aches for the boys if you're throwing it away just give them the rod. The kid then proceeded to want to talk to the manager and he still refused sale or to just give them the rod and told them they would be putting it back on the shelf later . This the problem with companies your just a corporate you care nothing about the community or the people your taking money from . Walmart is a corporate and cares more about the community then this store I won't be back anytime soon if at all my money will go elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't matter if your five or 50 a customer is a customer. This store has always had so many issues and needs to leave clfd...

This is a very big store with a large variety of products. When I walked into the store, they had plenty of carts, and the store was very clean. The staff members were extremely nice at this store, and the young lady was very nice and helpful in showing me where certain items were. I do not give names, but if Ollie's would like her name, I can send it. The staff really went above any beyond on helping me today.

The store looks different with how the shelving units are placed. It gives more room to look around.

This store is different than others since sometimes you find a lot and other times nothing.

The book area is amazing how it is set up and you can see so much and don't have to dig to find things. They had a lot of pet supplies and toys.

I was never more humiliated and embarrassed in my life. On my birthday I took my 3 kids in for a small toy each. When we reached the register, it would not even attempt to read any of my credit cards - the chip reader was broken. The very nice girl at the register even told me it had been broken for months. So, instead of moving me to a functioning register the manager power cycled the reader which did nothing. For 20 minutes, finally saying sorry and walking away to deal with other customers, while my 3 kids where all crying. Finally a good Samaritan came over and paid the $25 with his non-chip credit card. I felt awful and was in shock, never even asked his name to pay him back. I will never...
