If everybody else was jumping off a bridge, would you? The correct answer of course is "yes!" These guys are the real deal. I've jumped with them several times over the last 3 years and keep going back for more. One thing I've noticed that at first may not seem like a big deal but on reflection is a huge deal is that I see the same faces every time I go back. All of the people working here are first and foremost bungee enthusiasts and it shows. From my conversations with them most have been bungee jumping for decades. They are all highly professional and safety conscious and while I can't independently confirm their perfect safety record I have never witnessed a single reason to doubt their claims. They are also great with nervous jumpers. Being nervous is perfectly natural but they're very good at calming those nerves and giving you a (figurative) nudge over the edge if you need it. On one of my visits they had almost everyone on the bridge chanting a woman's name until she jumped, and she was all smiles when she came up and talking about how glad she was that she did it. My one warning is if you do go once, you may not be able to...
Read moreMe and my fiance drove from MD to do something big for my 30th birthday and we can't wait to go back already!!! We had a wonderful time and met so many inspiring people, including 77 year old 'Bob the bungee jumper' and his daring 10 year old granddaughter Penelope who made her first jump that day..and then even jumped again!!! That right there made my birthday!!! Huge shout out to the staff for being safety focused and incredibly kind, they made everyone feel at ease about jumping! I paid for 3 jumps so I could dip in the river and get the whole experience while I was out there, but on my 3rd jump I didn't hit the water. They let me jump again and I hit and I was really grateful that they offered me that, because I wasn't disappointed either way and didn't push for it, they advocated for me in that moment and I felt taken care of and I truly appreciate it!!! Thanks guys,...
Read moreThese guys are amazing. Very professional but still know how to have fun. They are very encouraging without being pushy. They understand that not everyone can commit to doing it. Here's the process of us booking our jump using a voucher from groupon:
Bought groupon. Registered jumpers online. Make sure to enter your groupon code. Recieved confirmation email with details as to where to meet up.
The meet up point is right behind the Turkey hill distillery. They weigh you to make sure they use the appropriate rope during your jump. They allow you to use your own go pro BUT they are not liable if you lose any personal belongings, which is completely understandable. They also offer multiple jumps during the registration. You can also choose to add a head dip onto the river for your jump with an...
