In 2023, 1st time in my life at 58y, I ordered an expensive bedroom set. Queensized, adjustable bed with lighted headboard, matching bench, two lighted matching nightstands, long chest of drawer, matching bench & an expensive mattress.
Soon after the delivery of the bedroom set the problems quickly showed themselves & I immediately informed the company.
I eventually ordered a lift chair that matched the color of the bedroom set. ("Another story! Another malfunction that needed servicing soon after purchase.😡"
Three out of four delivery workers were rude, disrespectful & condescending. (They arrived in an already bad mood prior to arriving at my home. I greeted & welcomed them to my home & thanked them for coming... their response was mean-spirited stares & nonreciprocal greeting. Gave me silence as if I had never greeted them.
I just found out a few days ago from the latest rude delivery driver that brought my replacement bed & and nightstands, that the first, original set of delivery drivers should not have left the wooden slats that were meant to be used with the box spring, were the problem.
When I ordered my bedroom set in 2023, my adjustable bedframe was not in stock & and had to be ordered. So, I had to purchase a separate box spring set to be able to use my brand new bed while I waited on the arrival of my new adjustable frame to arrive.
As I stood off to the side of the room, out of the way of the workers, I noticed that the deliverymen weren't removing the wooden slats that belonged to the box spring set. I did question the safety of them just piling the new adjustable frame on top of the raised slats instead of securing the adjustable frame inside the bed frame.
They became even more annoyed & blew me off with some bs explanation. They proceeded to place it on top of the slats unsecured, then moved on to the assembly of the nightstands, in which they also didn't properly assemble. I had to immediately report issues from day one about no power to one of the nightstands. A friendlier tech was sent out to figure out why the nightstand was malfunctioning. Upon his inspection, he finally noticed that they completely skipped connecting the wires in order for there to be power! My constant request for all new replacement furniture to be delivered, & not all this "repair" crap, since my furniture was brand spanking new, fell on deaf ears. This was brand new furniture for crying out loud! This all happened on day one, 2023!
So now, warping to June of 2025... I'm still dealing with "issues" with the nightstands. A few days ago, they finally replaced the nightstands (per my insistence). The lighting is barely visible... unlike the brightness of my previous nightstands. I was promised by one of the local store managers that I could have the lighting mechanisms changed out with better quality ones.
And I won't even go into the details of them having to send techs out to service my then brand new lift chair... again, I requested a new replacement chair. They refused.
And keep in mind, I've been extremely inconvenienced each time I've had to request a work order for the various pieces of furniture. I've had to wait for unexceptable amounts of times for the company to schedule a technician to come out & "assess" the problem. And that doesn't necessarily translate into a repair... If the "inspector" determines that whatever the problem falls under your warranty plan, then you must wait even longer to be scheduled for a technician to come out & do the repair. And you won't find out an exact date & time until the day before he comes out. So, you must hope that by the time they inform you of their short notification of their scheduled appt. time, it won't fall on a date in which you already have some other appt. that was already scheduled, like a doctors appt. for example.
I'll never purchase anything made by Tempurpedic, nor shop at any company that predominantly sells Tempurpedic products ever again. Two years of hell to get justice? Seriously?! There are too many...

(Edit)
February 17th we had a 3rd party repairman come to our home to fix our sofa. He told us the springs that they put in the sofa were not the appropriate size and that the frame was damaged. He did in fact attach the spring back to the frame that he said was broken and you could clearly see the wood inside the frame was warped. I asked him when he left what would be going on and he told me they would be replacing the sofa because the frame was damaged and that he repaired what he could while he was in my home. 10 days later after not hearing anything about our sofa being replaced I call to speak with a representative and she tells me that the sofa is fine. His photos show that it is repaired. I was really hoping to have something good to say about this company. I appreciate them sending a service technician out 3 hours away from the site in which we purchased the sofa due to my husband's military orders, but after spending 6 THOUSAND dollars on furniture at their store and having a broken sofa not even a year after being purchased we will never shop with this...
Read moreI bought a chair from the Lawton , Oklahoma store and talk to the sales person who represents the company and agreed to set up my delivery at 1030 I was happy at that point . It was noted in the computer and when I called customer service I am told they saw it there but could not honor the time ,I received a text message the day before and the day of and both times the response I received was ok . I work as a dispatcher and my wife has dialysis Mon/ wed/ Fri. From 0600 til 1000 ,this was told to the sales person and again agreed to the time . They arrived at my house at 1001 and after fifteen minutes they left . I got a text message that they could not deliver today that I would have to reschedule at a cost Hell No . I called the store and gave him two opportunities to get my chair to my house . 1 I called the driver who called me and ask if he would turn around and deliver my chair and he refused ,he was only 50 miles from my house . 2 told the mgr. of the store to deliver me the one on the floor and he said they don't deliver from the floor. His third opinion according to him was deliver my chair tomorrow at no time stated . With this information I have another option and that is refused delivery and get my money back and take my business where they do not lie to veterans or anyone . Be Warned about company they don't stand up to their word but put it in fine print that they have a 4 hour window...
