I placed my order on the app, giving them extra time to prepare. When I got there, my order was not ready. I asked Kyle and he said give me a moment, as he was finishing up a customer. Figuring that my sandwiches were done. He finished up, and then BEGAN to make my order. I've never had an issue placing an order on the app. He then started to read the ticket and started the tuna sub, and read the other one which was the Baja steak and Jack. He then casually stated i don't even know what that is, tossed my ticket and bread to the side and started to help the people in line. Completely ignoring me. After waiting 10 minutes inside, I was beginning to be a little frustrated. I asked why to which he explained that they didn't have the baja which was fine, however he could have offered an alternative. I've placed orders that were not available at other locations and they've always called me to explain and ask if there were an alternative. I guess Kyle figured that despite placing my order nearly 45 minutes in advance was too much for Kyle to handle. Kyle really needs to work on his customer service. And professionalism. I was told that was fine when I can come back up there I can get a new sandwich for free and he took my name. I came when I was better because I have sever motion sickness but it is close and I had just gotten off work but I was denied and told that he was the manager and even the regional would not allow a new sandwich without the receipt and sandwich . I never asked for a regional I just wanted them to encourage the employees to tell the proper information you never know a persons situation to playa back and forth. I did go home and purchased my own food but I was never assured they would make this situation a learning experience even though I gave time and date of my phone call. So I do hope you are actually fixing your communication the buying food is not the issue but I hope this encourages you to reassure your your customers it will be fixed instead of just saying what you or your regional...

Or any other sandwich makers for that matter? Iām already paying inflated prices for the food which I have to stand in line forever to get waited on by a Subway employee with a VERY bad attitude who took forever and was extremely rude to me. Then they sold us small drinks but didnāt have any lids and looked at us like oh well. Poor service indeed and then $64 for lunch for four people and Iām asked to tip them when I almost had to make it myself. I donāt think so!!! Update: this place redeemed itself on my wedding day! Of course the two workers were male employees this time and were super courteous! They prepared two large sandwich trays in a beautiful presentation and gave us a large platter of fresh baked cookies for no charge! Then they carried the whole order out to our vehicle!
