This business refuses to do business with my family! I have bought a number of large pieces of furniture from this store because of competitive prices. So have my extended family.
One of my LaZboy pieces required warranty because of fabric prematurely frazzling and loosing fabric. Mickey assured me Lazboy had fabric issues with some batches of this fabric and that he would put in a claim. Warranty claim was slow and cumbersome. In the end, couple months later, Mickey made sure I was satisfied and took care of me. I left with an upbeat attitude and praised this business for taking care of their customers. Lately my brother had the same problems with a sofa...losing fabric the first few weeks due to defective fabric. The warranty claim was again slow and communication was very spotty. In the end Mickey made sure my brother was happy. Fast forward a month later, my 3rd brother walks in and wants to buy a LaZyboy and was refused the sale because of the Claim experience of my second brother.
This is BAD business and we will take our business elsewhere. In every situation on these chairs/sofa it was a factory defect, and not our fault. Owners are acting as if we are the ones at fault and not their defective furniture. I love to do business with local economy, but this situation has left us no choice...

Wise Furniture had a helpful salesman who walked over to their appliance store 2 separate times (furniture and appliance store not connected) so we could look at colors and see it before purchasing an electric stove. After we ordered it and payed, we were told they would call when they would deliver it, could be awhile because apparently appliances are hard to get a hold of during this pandemic and all. To our surprise, they called a few hours later and by 3:00 in the afternoon, the pie was back in the oven! BOY WAS I WRONG. water quit working on the door on the refrigerator 3 months after owning it. With countless excuses no returned phone calls and a lot of "ya ya we will get our guy out theres" here we sit with 1 month left on its warranty and we have to use tape to hold down a switch inside the door to get water out of it.
