Signed up to lease a unit on their website. My card was charged for the first month’s rent. I never received the code to open the gate to get to my storage unit so I sent multiple messages asking for instructions. I’ve now sent over 3 emails with no response. I’ve called the number listed multiple times with no answer and furthermore their voicemail isn’t set up so I can’t even leave a message. UPDATE: Finally received a call back...

Great place, with the right price, and being able to access my storage unit any time of day or night is great since I work late and sometimes need to get tools, or return tools from my unit at 3 am... And I can do that here without any issues...Oh and the owner of the place is super nice... If I could give 10...

Don't waste your time or money. They won't call you back or return emails. Paid for a unit and can't even get a gate code to get into the facility. Now I'm just driving around for days with all my stuff in truck like a homeless person. Very much regretting giving...
