Grunewald Guild — Local services in Leavenworth

I enjoyed my time there while the previous directors were around, but there have been a few different ones since their departure and they are really ruining things. Firing employees that have made the Guild the accepting, open space it's meant to be, and making the atmosphere intolerable for the employees they had left. Google isnt letting me leave a response to the Guild's reply on this review, but I unfortunately have recently learned that folks involved in explicit harassment of employees are not only being protected by the Guild, but promoted within their staff. Folks bringing up concerns of this treatment are being fired without warning or coerced to sign NDAs. Theres a large disconnect between the Board and those actually running the daily operations. This behavior misaligns with everything the Guild claims to stand for, and I will certainly no longer be supporting or involved...
