I couldn't have more positive things to say and I wish more people knew about independent jewelers like Krigel Mesh before they jump to the name brand retailers. My fiance surprised me with the opportunity to design my own engagement ring. That meant all the pressure and stress was on me to design something I would love forever. Scott was extremely patient with me. He met with me and my fiance as well as my parents. He was patient and took the time to educate me so that I'd understand each decision I was making. There was no pressure at all which made me feel better. Over the course of a month Scott patiently worked with me looking at the designs I liked. He never grew frustrated or tired with me each time I changed my mind. He even helped me find the center stone that would become the centerpiece of whichever setting I selected. My fiance and I ended up looking at settings at an extremely high end jewelry chain. I fell in love with a setting that I was worried we would not be able to afford. Krigel Mesh helped me create and produce a replica of that very same ring, with my stone for half the price. Now that I have my ring I'm absolutely in love with it. I can't stop staring at it. My parents, myself and my fiance are all ecstatic with how it turned out. I'm so glad that we let a trusted name in diamonds like Krigel guide us through this process to the final product. It's so much more reassuring when you know you can really trust someone and they have your best interest at hand rather than big name retailers where you're just another "customer." I don't feel like a customer of Krigel Mesh. It didn't feel like a transaction. I feel like Krigel Mesh is my trusted advisor when it comes to all things fine jewelry and I look forward to seeking out their expertise in the future for more stunning pieces of jewelry. This review is long overdue! We used Krigel Mesh in October 2019. Steve & Scott did an outstanding job helping my son design an engagement ring for his fiancé. We knew the process was going to be an emotional one as we were using diamonds from mine & my late husband's rings. The care, thoughtfulness and joy these 2 gentlemen gave was more than we could have hoped for. I also ended up selling some family jewelry that had been gathering dust for years. I was more than pleased with the price I received. Jump ahead 5 months and once again Steve & Scott went above & beyond to help us. Due to Covid19 the plans were changed and the wedding was happening in 3 weeks. They put a rush on the wedding band that was designed & also on cutting, rebuilding, resizing & polishing my husband's ring for my son. I had several pieces of jewelry that I'd gotten when my parents passed, and wasn't planning on keeping any. I had heard about Krigel Mesh from Dana Wright on the Dana and Parks show on KMBZ a while ago, but put off going there because I was afraid it would be a hassle.

Honestly, it was exactly the opposite! I easily made an appointment online from their website, and when I arrived I met with Steven Krigel, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He explained their entire process, how they determine values, and in the end I received a fair price for the items I'd brought. I was issued a check on the spot. Easy-peasy! And, as a bonus, they're dog friendly - I brought my girl Iris with me, and she even got cookies!

Overall, I was very impressed with the process, the ease of the transaction, and Mr. Krigel's knowledge and expertise. I wish I'd gone there much sooner, and now I wish I had more jewelry so I could go back! Thank you,...
