This facility is a joke I’ve now placed two rush orders at separate times that were shipped from this facility the package has been lost. Customer service doesn’t understand rush shipping, they don’t understand you have to add extra items to meet rush shipping for free or you have to pay then the guaranteed delivery is never met however if it comes from Plainfield greenwood or greenfield there is a better chance you get the package you order. Pay subscription to get 1-2 day deliver pay additional to get rush shipping and it’s never rushed what’s the point in paying for...

To the girl with black glasses that works in shiping at Amason distribution center in Whitestown IN IND1. You work near by door 65 ,entrance 17 if i remember. You wore yellow greenish hat. The wonderful people at IND1 Fulfillment have come to Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding facility on several occasions to volunteer. They are more than amazing! Doing hot, dusty, hard work here at the barn, their kindness and enthusiasm to serve was a gift to us, and by extension, to our riders and horses, that we will never be able to repay - and they would not allow it anyway.
