Still waiting for prices to be like Colorado or Oklahoma instead of being held hostage it's been over 2 years I have had a license and beginning next year I may not need one. *Times up! So can't blame the stores for flower prices but somehow it's less than $100 per oz. Elsewhere but these carts, keef cola/water dabs aren't made here they're imported all day everyday. VERY DISAPPOINTED really like dealing with you guys and gals there but today was a BADD experience I asked for a 3.5 in flower of the biscotti Gelato And 3.5 of the San Fermodo Skunk for some strange reason was given a Gram of each and didn't realize that until I was leaving so I go back in to inform them of what happen which was a miss communication no harm no foul but I am upset that when I returned to get the other 2.5 of the both I wasn't granted my veterans discount but was granted my senior discount for both purchases it really upsetted me that I was charged 45 dollars to fix it once I went back inside for my flower with both purchases i spent 62.21 NOT WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SPEND and everytime I purchased they can't find my veterans info I have to inform them it didn't apply. I was told it was fixed now in the system to reflect and will apply for the next visit. Why not fix it then, why next time, COME ON BLUE SAGE WE GOT TO DO BETTER ... one love 😡😤🥺😔

Owners attempted to make it right by buying off our review. The strain that they offered us "magic pineapple gelato" is full of immature seeds. They tried to buy us off with literal garbage. Picture of the seeds included to make sure this is seen by all that they sell hemp as real product.

Prices are great, but staff "are just retail workers" so don't expect a whole lot of knowledge related to the process. They offer a discount program for low income, but not even a manager can walk you through how to sign up for it. Three separate occasions...they have denied having a cash discount, or even tried telling me it was already applied. Go here if you like rude employees, and being overcharged then being told its illegal for them to fix it to give you a low income discount. The one named Brandon needs a lesson in courtesy. We had even spoken to the owners in person, who assured us that this issue would be cleared up next time we went in to the Lebanon location. It is frustrating to be treated like an annoyance, when all we want to do is recoup some of our travel expenses from having to drive an hour and a half one way to reach what should be the most affordable dispensary in the state.
