People like Jeff are a rare find. First we tried to get a 560SL. Almost close to a deal, when I called him to wire. the money - someone bought it "Buy Now" and I didn't get it. I expressed my disappointment - he asked what I saw in that car and told me to be patient and he will find one. A couple of weeks later he showed me three - and I picked a 1989 560SL. The type of questions I asked - he realized am not an experienced buyer, and said if I didn't like it he would refund the money and to send the car back - no questions asked. The car arrived -it didn't quite appeal to me, and asked to exchange for a red 380SL. Man of his word, he paid for the oneway transportation to take the car back and sent me the red one. I am sure this is neither the standard practice nor he would offer something like this. He didn't have to do any of that!
Not only Jeff is a man of his word - the cars he sells may not be, but people like him are a rare find! Good doing business with you...
Read moreThe staff at Frazier Auto company responded immediately to all questions, concerns prior to, during and after sale. Photos of vehicle were fully displayed online and were genuinely accurate. Vehicle arrived with some minor , nicks, chips, when after review of photos were present but overlooked by myself when I purchased the car due to color and lighting. TPMS monitors in wheels arrived needing replacement, undisclosed during review of sale. Never received the prior service records which I requested during sale, with no follow up. Remember you are buying a used car, I would lessen expectation on delivery and maybe request a video of auto while idling and driving to have noted the TPMS fault. Overall, the quality of vehicle was top notch, communication was professional and prompt and description of vehicle was accurate outside disclosure of TPMS failure hence the four star review. Would recommend to others seeking classic vehicles. Reasonable price...
Read moreAlthough the vehicles that they carry are usually excellent on the outside, the pictures are great, and generally have little rust issues, anyone buying from them should realize that the descriptions are focused on the externals (Body appearance, paint, panels gaps, etc.) and they provide little to no information relative to the running condition or what may need work to safely drive the car. This will be particularly true for an older British car. In my case the descriptions were lacking in this regard and any cursory mechanical review would have revealed the issues. Yes they are nice folks, easy to do business with and in many ways very helpful and willing to make things right as you are purchasing the vehicle but suggest that you inspect in person or have a qualified person do an inspection so you are sure of what you are buying. Also suggest asking about the DOT code on tires, mine were at least 29 years old (unsafe) but...
