Hideaway Distillery — Local services in Lebanon

First, we LOVE that this is a passion for these retired public servants who truly served and protected their community, thank you for your service. This is coming from a retired criminal justice professional who has found his passion in teaching at our local community college and at the police academy in Salem. We love the theme and will support you in the future as well.

We had no idea this distillery existed until I went to a 4 Spirits Foundation charity gun competition at the Albany gun range. Hideaway was a sponsor and donated a gift certificate for a bottle of their Blueline. We like trying new adult beverages, so I chose that as my prize, and we drove straight there after the competion was over.

We were able to sample the different whiskeys available and liked all three we tried, but the hickory smoke was by far our favorite. I sure hope the Feds can get those labels made soon so you can put the HS up for sale as well.
