I went into this hardware store earlier in the week to find the pieces I needed to put together a very basic wooden bed frame. I'm not sure the name of the man who I spoke to but he was incredibly rude to me. I explained to him what I was doing, and showed a few pictures of the bed frame, but he was unable to figure out what I needed (a quick Google search after I got home told me I needed barrel nuts). He told me I should "find someone more adept to help me with this project" and that I should "really go back and plan this out better". Really disappointed in the way I was spoken...
