As soon as I walked in the door, Shirley came up and greeted me. She asked me what I was looking for, and I explained that I had recently bought a house and for the moment I was just looking for a sofa and loveseat. We talked there for a minute or two and she brought me to what I was looking for and we sat there and talked there for about 15 more minutes, trying to find out exactly what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. She told me she had the perfect one for me, but she would let me try out a few others before we got to the one she thought I was looking for. They were really nice, but not quite what I was looking for and then…she brought me to the one she thought I would really like, and I fell in love! It had everything I was looking for and was so comfortable, I just wanted to lay there the rest of the day! Never pressured me at all, told me I could look around and think about it and she would be around if I needed her. I was looking for other things, but I did keep returning to the loveseat and sofa she showed me. She gave me a price quote, cost for delivery and said they would actually take away my old furniture and explained an added protection plan. Sounded really good, but I was just a little nervous because I had really just started looking. She told me no problem, to take my time and think on it. And that’s all I thought about. I called back two days later & said I would be coming in to order. She was actually off for the day, but she came in to take care of it for me. We talked some more, I placed my order and got a delivery date much sooner than I expected, which was perfect, because I couldn’t wait for it! I will definitely go back there and ask for Shirley when I am ready to purchase my other furniture. Would most definitely recommend this Furniture store to anyone who is looking to buy furniture. We moved to Florida in February 2021. After shopping at what seemed like every furniture store in central Florida, we discovered Family Furniture in Leesburg. We bought our living room teak couch, chair, wine rack, and coffee table all in a single visit. That experience was wonderful.

When we decided to purchase an electric fireplace for our family room it was an easy decision on where we would begin our search. Once again we were thrilled with our shopping experience. The selection was outstanding with all combinations of shapes, sizes, and styles of fireplace units. Debra, our sales person was extremely helpful in demonstrating the various features. She was super friendly, understood what we were looking for, and had detailed knowledge of her merchandise. Two for two, we came in knowing what we wanted, found it, and enjoyed the experience. Hey everyone, it's now almost 4 years later and we needed a couch for our family room. and, of course, we went back to Family furniture in Leesburg. Our sales person Shirley was unbelievable. She knew all the inventory in the store it location. She knew the manufactures of each piece and what if any discounts the various manufactures were offering. We were looking for a sectional, light in color, with size constraints, and leather. I'm certain we sat in at least a dozen couches. Learned which sections were or could be automated (headrest, recline, heated, massage, lumbar support...)Which had leather or vinyl backs. This was the best furniture buying experience I've ever had. No high pressure sales tactics, just a pleasant & comfortable experience from start to finish. When we walked in we were politely greeted and began wandering around looking at the huge selection of sofas & loveseats. We were free to discuss each set as we tested out several. Eventually Pepsi found us and just talked with us like we were friends. She got to know us and what our needs were. She gave us information, the history about the manufacturer and went over all of our options. We were confident we had found the right pieces for our new home. Pepsi was delightful and made us feel relaxed and at ease that we were getting the best price for high quality furniture. She even had a recommendation for a place that might buy our current sofa. A few days later we received a thoughtful handwritten thank you card in the mail from Pepsi. Neither of us had ever had that happen before. We were very impressed. Our furniture had to be mad so she let us know it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. Time flew by and I got the call our new furniture was ready, it had only been 3 weeks. I was so surprised, I asked if they were sure they had the right order. Sure enough, delivery day came and the guys were so quick but careful with each piece. They even put the felt pads we had on the bottom of the feet so nothing would damage our wood floors.
