Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Leesburg

My mother spent the entire day at the ER with her boyfriend. He had to be admitted and is facing surgery. My husband and I picked her up to drop her back off at her house, and she decided to order herself a pizza because she obviously didn't feel up to cooking. Being tired, and it being late, she made the mistake of not making sure it said delivery on her order and only realized after when she got the confirmation.

It was 11:30 when she called me to ask for my help. The restaurant says it's open until 1. They absolutely WILL NOT answer the phone for either my mother or I and I have tried calling at least a dozen times including calling the non-order related line. So instead my husband is having to get out of bed and go out in the rain to personally deliver the pizza to my mother. What is the point on having a phone line and being open until 1 if you're not going to answer the phones after a certain time?

Next time I'll have her order from Hungry Howies if we're going to have to go get it ourselves, at least -they- answer their phones, even if it's to say they can't take orders anymore.

Absolutely disgusted with the service...

Kyle at the Leesburg location is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A A+ RATING ALONG WITH BONUS!!!! I went to call the store and I was redirected to a service center where I spent a lot of minutes on the phone , once I reach Kyle he made sure he would make my order right and for my inconvenience at no charge. He is definitely who you want employed and this location, I feel tonight he went way and above Beyond of what he needed to do being as busy as they were he handled my issue ABOVE what I expected!!!!! Thanks to Kyle i will continue to be a pizzahut customer...

This particular Pizza Hut shop is by far the best I have ever had. The food arrives on time and super hot. We order extra sauce on our pizzas and get it. They are always what we ordered, the wings and other sides are wonderful. I have called the managers many times, to tell them how great things were. (Also one time because they were 5 minutes early.. lol) The delivery folks are always super nice. We order on the net, I find it easy to use and I have had 2 traumatic brain injuries. Just read the page before you click next, and you'll do fine. Pizza was exceptional tonight. Love this shop! Good folks...
