Got furniture from company they delivered while I was at work me not knowing they were delevering I rushed home mom was there i signed the papers and left once I got home to check the furniture it was not the blue color that they showed me in the picture or I wanted and one leg was broken I called them back to ask to exchange for another color grey I would even bring the merchandise back myself and or return the furniture if I couldn't change they were very rude with me hung up on me said I couldn't return something they just had delivered 2hrs prior customer service is horrible I am now in the process of filing a compliant and more called acima who I leased it through they are bo help as all said wait 7 to 10 business days it's been 12 no response I would recommend to not...

We went back to the store and with absolutely no objection and a smile they gave us a replacement mattress, charged us nothing, delivered within a couple of days exactly as promised.
