Have been a customer since the mid 1980ās and always been a happy customer until today. Went in with 5 returnable bottles. Bought 4 bottles of milk in returnable bottles, two non returnable bottles and kept 1 returnable bottle. Couldnāt carry it all out at once, so left 1 returnable bottle on the counter. Went home and realized I left the returnable bottle at the store, so went back and arrived less than 10 minutes from my first trip. Spoke with the same person at the register and explained why I came back. She looked me right in the eye and said I didnāt leave anything. I explained to her exactly what happened and she again said I didnāt leave a thing. Now thatās great customer service for you...not. To the management at Coopers, you just lost yourself a customer for life all due to a terrible employee and lousy customer service. ...

If you or your little ones desire you feed animals you certainly can for just $1 a bag š. Just understand that the goat will climb up the fence so just make sure the children you bring are aware of that. But he does not bite when you reach out your hand to feed him.
