I brought in my google pixel 8a to get a replacement screen after it had cracked. The gentleman there was great, even when things didn't go according to plan. When the original screen he had ordered didn't work, he had another one overnighted to the store. He offered to lend me a phone they had at the center to use while I waited for it to come in as well, which was very kind. When the new screen still didn't work, he worked with us to get us a replacement google pixel 8a. While we didn't have the best experience in getting the phone fixed, the gentleman we worked with at the store went above and beyond to make sure that he could correct the unfortunate series of events. My husband and I greatly appreciated his patience and understanding during this stressful time, and we were very thankful that he went above and beyond to replace the phone for us as well. I called yesterday to ask for a quote and was told to come to the Leicester location. When I arrived this morning it was still gated an hour after it was supposed to open. I called the number and the owner, Jose picked up. He promptly found that the employee that was supposed to be there had an emergency. Jose was apologetic and very quickly drove from West Boylston where he was in the middle of an errand, and met me and my kids in Leicester about 30 minutes later. Great service! Very knowledgeable! They replaced my broken iPad screen and everything seemed ok. When I went to use the iPad a week later, the screen didn't respond correctly. I called and they said to bring it back in. They identified the issue and replaced the screen a second time. It's working great now!
