Let me start off by saying this, the only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the lack of organization, nevertheless I could tell every security and employee person was trying their hardest, I also wish we were alot more informed that there is an entire process you need to go through in order to get into the dispensary. The staff needs to assist people better than way (mainly security).THEY DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INS OR DROP OFFS, you must drive to this location and park your veichle in a nearby nursery and take a shuttle to get in line, if you're lucky you shouldn't wait more than 2 hours. We had none of this information and our total time was about 3.5 hours. That being said the staff was perfect, once inside just amazing service! Another thing I would like to see more prominent; they had an online selection and never mention it's all medical! We went in their thinking we already knew what we wanted but don't plan on that because it's either medical or they're sold out. WARNING: Bundle up! You may get stuck out in the cold like I did! We were stuck outside for about 2 hours, they supplied a DJ in a small semi heated tent towards the end but it was still pretty cold.

The chocolate OG (labeled slumber in picture) pre rolls are absolutely beautiful! Don't leave without grabbing one or two of those, haven't tried the Seattle soda, as pictured, but it smells absolutely amazing. The prices were a bit high but, supply and demand is understandable, don't go there with less than 100, your trip and wait time will be wasted. EDIT AFTER RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: So now I have to be forced to reserve ahead online AND call you guys to make sure I'm getting what it says I ordered on your website? A 2 hour "lag" is unacceptable.

I am also extremely capable of going to mass.gov and reading what the tax on recreational marijuana is. It states UP to 20%. Not 23%. See a direct quote from mass.gov below:

"Adult use marijuana is subject to: 6.25% (state sales tax) 10.75% (state excise tax) up to 3% (local option for cities and towns)"

You do the math.

Normally I love this place, but if my math is correct, they are now charging a 23% tax instead of 20% on recreational. As far as I know, the state has not increased the tax rate. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, this is the second time that I have ordered something online with a specific THC % and it ended up being different when I went to pick it up. However, this time is even worse because when I placed my order, the THC said 34% and I placed my order 2 hours ahead of arriving because I live 1 hour away. When I arrived to pay for my product, the THC was only 24%. And when I asked about it, all they could say was that I just missed the 34% batch. Excuse me, but I placed my order 2 hours ago. It should have been pulled 2 hours ago so that I was receiving what I ordered. I drive way out of my way to go here when I have plenty of other closer places because I never liked those ones as much. And after an hour drive, I had to tell them nevermind I didn't want it. A 10% THC difference? That is unacceptable. And they didn't even try to make it up to me. What a waste of time, and gas. After researching all the details thoroughly for my first recreational purchase, I happily arrived in line at 6:30am in the pouring rain. The line moved slow, but steady. After about 45 min of waiting and being next in line, a horrific shout enters my ears, “NO DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED.” This caught me off guard because their website LITERALLY SAYS “Debit and cash accepted”. I asked the female outside if I have to get in the back of the line if I go get cash, and she said yes. Great. So I left, went to CVS, got cash, and returned 30 minutes later only to arrive to a 1.5 hour wait in the blistering cold rain/snow. I tell myself, “at least I’m getting some weed”, but my unhappiness is quite immeasurable as I enter the tent before the main entrance to be greeted with 1-2 inches of dark cold mud all over my white shoes. At least there was a DJ in there to keep my soul alive with Afroman music. They open the doors, finally, and a smile grows upon my frozen face. I enter, and that smile instantaneously vanished as I’m faced with ANOTHER LINE inside the store with a 30+ minute wait. The staff was excellent. The inside was beautiful. The weed was great, but over priced. Needless to say I personally had a despicable experience, but I’m quite certain others enjoyed themselves very much. It just so happens that I am not that person and would not recommend this to anyone. I won’t even mention the terrible system they have in place for parking, which required many people to walk a half mile in the snow to grab a ticket, THEN get in the 1.5+ hour line.
