This one going on our "DO NOT RETURN" list. Like others on here - there for over 7 hours to unload a 2300# load of Styrofoam coolers (260 pieces)...they charged $385 lumper. My 5 year old could have unloaded this in under 2 hours and would have done it for $10. All kidding aside - the public wonders why things are so costly and they really have no clue how much nonsense cost is attached to the items they are buying. These cheapo coolers now have our transport charge, the broker charges, $385 lumper, and 5 hours of "detention" pay that will be associated with them and the public will be the ones to absorb those costs. Outrageous - wish there were a way to wake the world up...
Read more07:00 AM Appointment. Checked in at 06:55 and got empty at 09:40 AM. $0 lumper fee. Overnight parking, so I give them 4 stars because guys at the office has some attitude. They gotta work in that because us drivers deserve respect!
Notice! $350 late fee for first hour, and $50 for every 30 minutes after the first hour. Yeah I know it’s ridiculous right? Better cancel that load if you don’t have enough hours. Or when you think shipper will take 2+ hours cause it’s not worth it. So I’m dropping it down to 3 stars because they should know about the hours of service! Plus truckers should also charge them for detention, the time the hit the dock. Ain’t nobody...
Read moreTypical food warehouse, not in a hurry to get a driver out. Been here over 5 hrs and I'm still waiting for them to take 9 pallets off! They do have overnight parking, pull through gate and park on the right hand side. Make sure your reefer is full because it'll bang away trying to stay at temperature burning fuel. Girl in office is nice so go in with a good attitude. Other than that, pack your breakfast and lunch because you'll sit a very long time! If I could give this place a negative 5 star, that would be too good...
