Feed My People — Local services in Lemay

My experience is how well during the covid shots, feed my people made room for one of my senior friends to get her covid shot since she had been overlooked due to not having family to take her to get a shot, or transportation. I reached out to feed my people of which I am a customer and told them about her situation and they immediately made room for her to receive her shot the very next day even though they had a short supply, at which I was surprised since I knew it was just for those people who were, g on the feed my people list who receive there food. My friend freida, was so thankful and appreciative because, she felt left out, but thanks to feed my people they made her day!!! The most compassionate and dedicated group of people I have ever met. They are known for their work as volunteers. However, it should be known that they are so much more than that. The empathy, compassion, and dedication of providing a warm, safe environment no matter your current place in life is indescribable.

This is a very giving organization that is not only a food pantry that even allows people to come in for emergency food but they also provide assistance for children and the elderly. You can even go in for assistance to find job and also provide a computer lab for those that do not own a computer or printer. Over all this is a fantastic charity!
