Great experience! Hosted a party at my home and googled Chicago bartenders. Frank reached out to me via email within 24 hours of putting in my inquiry, then called me to get details on what we needed. The contract was sent and signed the same day. He also let me know about his catering services and sent a pricing menu with photo examples for a charcuterie board.

While we passed on the catering, the bartenders were great. One of them called me before arrival to introduce himself and confirm. He also asked about cocktails and verified that we had everything we needed.

Both bartenders arrived on time and helped with setting things up. One also went above and beyond by taking guests's coats and helping with trash. Our event moved from one floor to another, and they helped moved everything up two floors. I also appreciated that they walked around and asked people who didn't have a drink what they would like and brought it straight to them rather than just waiting for people to go to the bar area.

10/10 professional and friendly service with fair pricing. We tipped in cash and I will absolutely use their services again! Highly recommend.

To secure the booking, I worked with Frank who was friendly and efficient. The process to secure my event was super simple and straightforward, which I appreciated because I was coordinating several other things for the party as well. The bartender who serviced my event was Phil and he was absolutely outstanding. My family and friends were so complimentary of him and he truly was one of the highlights of the evening. The drinks were fantastic, and Phil was kind enough to help my family with set-up and tear down of the party, throwing out trash, and checking coats. We booked Bartender Chicago for our annual holiday party in our home. We were assigned Phil as our bartender and I just wanted to share my thoughts.

He started out earlier in the week, reaching out introducing himself, and then I shared a little bit about my guest's and what kind of drinkers they were. Right away he was generous enough to provide a few recommendations of things to make sure that we had on hand.

The night of the event he arrived about 30 minutes early immediately went downstairs and set up the area he was going to be working in, He then came upstairs and asked if he could help with any of the other set up.

As guests started to arrive, without missing a beat, he offered to take their jackets and offered them a drink you. Throughout the evening, he didn’t just stand behind the bar. He roamed all over the house, remembering people’s drink orders and was refilled them without then even having to ask. He even suggested different drinks that they could try.
